This 3,000 SF Mediterranean bungalow offers sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills due to its cantilevered construction. To meet their budget priorities, Genevieve designed the home in a few phases and, despite the time lapses, created a harmonious flow amongst the spaces with the feeling of an “eclectic treehouse”.

The clients have been so pleased with Genevieve’s vision and expertise in delivering value engineered designs.  They engaged her firm to design a 12,000 SF newly constructed, traditional home in the mountains outside of Park City, Utah.
