A three story townhouse near Chicago’s lakefront was snatched up as soon as it hit the market.  Alongside Timothy Corrigan, I spearheaded this unbelievably quick four-month renovation.  Such grace and detail-driven intent was implemented in the architecture and bespoke furnishings.
