While working for Michael Berman Limited’s firm, Genevieve assisted in the design of this newly constructed Tuscan Villa for an international family of five whose patriarch collects antique cars, given the proximity to the annual Pebble Beach Concourse. The home’s right wing is devoted to an auto barn to showcase his collection. Built to entertain, three guest suites pay homage to the Etro, Empire and Chinois historical styles while the lower level amenities include a dine-in wine cellar, theater and arcade room.
